was not in original, thus directly kept the content as is, with minor fixes: - "Honighing" -> "Hong Kong" - "Houghing" -> "Hong Kong" - "Mi" removed as it seems to be a fragment or typo - "Horussion" -> "Prussian" - "Aine" -> "Captain" - "Bowanon" -> "British" - "nno" -> "and" - "ult" -> "ulte" to indicate abbreviation for "ultimo" - "inst." kept as "inst." but expanded to "instant" for clarity - "Mampon" -> "Macao" - "messel" -> "vessel" - "Bej." and extra "Be." removed as they appear to be repetitions or typos - "Ehf" -> "Esq." - Added paragraph breaks for better readability. - The original text had "17th mustant", which was corrected to "17th instant". - The character "༡" was removed as it appears to be a non-relevant OCR artifact.(Copy) M: 17
